2019 sah DJ und Keyborder Deity Sänger Iggi mit seiner Band “In Gods Faith” auf der Bühne und wusste sofort: “Mit diesem Mann und dieser Stimme muss ich Musik machen”. Sie trafen sich, redeten, planten und BEYOND BORDER war geboren.
Gemeinsam wurden die ersten Songs geschrieben, die ersten Konzerte gespielt und auch die Pandemie konnte die beiden nicht bremsen. Gespielt wurde überall, wo es erlaubt war. Schnell spielten sich BEYOND BORDER mit ihren Songs, die irgendwo zwischen Electro und Darkwave beheimatet sind, in die Herzen der Fans.
Erste CD-Veröffentlichungen 2020 in Eigenregie der Band folgen. Zunächst handelt es sich um eine Zusammenstellung der ersten EPs und digitalen Singles, später werden auch B-Seiten und Remixe veröffentlicht. Das erste Full-Length-Album “Awakening” erscheint 2021 und erreicht Platz 1 der GEWC-Charts.
Bereits im Anschluss an die Veröffentlichung haben sie an verschiedenen Remixen gearbeitet und nebenbei noch Demos für den Nachfolger “Gathering” aufgenommen. Es folgten diverse Clubauftritte im Vorprogramm von Aesthetic Perfection, The Invincible Spirit, Frozen Plasma u.a. plus den ersten kleineren Festivals.
Im Januar 2024 ist dann endlich der langersehnte Nachfolger mit vier Singles als Vorboten erschienen und die Erstauflage war bereits nach 2 Wochen ausverkauft. Sie haben knapp die Media Control Charts verpasst, aber 7 Wochen den Spitzenplatz in den GEWC gehalten und es bei den DAC bis auf Platz 2 geschafft.
Mit ihrem energiegeladenen Sound und der charismatischen Bühnenpräsenz von Sänger Iggi hat sich die Band eine stetig wachsende Fangemeinde erspielt. Seit Mitte 2024 arbeitet die Band an ihrem dritten Album “Aftermath”, das erneut von Rob Dust produziert wird und im Laufe des Jahres 2025 auf ihrem Label NoCut Entertainment veröffentlicht wird. “Welcome to the Future..:”

In 2019, DJ and keyborder Deity saw the singer Iggi on stage with his band “In Gods Faith” and knew right away: “I have to make music with this man and with this voice”. They met, talked and planned. BEYOND BORDER was born.
Together they wrote the first songs and played the first concerts. Even the pandemic couldn’t stop them. Even the pandemic had no effect on them. With their songs, which were somewhere between electro and darkwave, BEYOND BORDER quickly found their way into the hearts of their fans.
The first CD was released in 2020. It was produced by the band themselves. In the beginning it was a compilation of the first EPs and digital singles, later on B-sides and remixes were released as well. The first full-length album, ‘Awakening’, was released in 2021 and went on to reach number 1 in the GEWC charts.
Following the release, they worked on various remixes and also recorded demos for the follow-up “Gathering”. This was followed by various club appearances as support acts for Aesthetic Perfection, The Invincible Spirit, Frozen Plasma and others, plus the first smaller festivals.
In January 2024, the long-awaited follow-up was finally released with four singles as heralds and the first edition was sold out after just two weeks. They narrowly missed out on the Media Control Charts, but held the top spot in the GEWC for 7 weeks and made it to number 2 in the DAC.
With their energetic sound and the charismatic stage presence of singer Iggi, the band has gained a steadily growing fan base. Since mid-2024, the band has been working on their third album “Aftermath”, which is once again being produced by Rob Dust and will be released on their label NoCut Entertainment in the course of 2025. “Welcome to the Future…”
